Welcome to Our Service and Workshop Department
Our mechanics are fully Cytech qualified, the global industry standard for bicycle technicians. We specialise in servicing mid- to high-end performance bikes, including road, gravel, and Brompton models.
We aim to complete most repairs within the same day. During peak season (March–September) or for jobs requiring specific parts, this may take longer. We'll always notify you of an estimated timeline.
Appointments are for weekdays, but we offer a walk-in service on weekends for minor repairs on a first-come, first-served basis, with the goal of same-day completion. For larger jobs like a full integrated service or custom builds, additional time may be required.
We are happy to store bikes overnight, fully insured, and request that you pick them up within one week of completion. During peak season, our workshop can be booked up to three weeks in advance, so please book early if you need a specific timeframe.
Please drop off your bike the day before or by 10:00 a.m. on your service day.

- Tyres checked and inflated
- Headset and hubs externally adjusted
- Firmware updated on electronic models
ADVANCED SERVICE - £220*

FULLY INTEGRATED SERVICE - £300*
BOOK NOW*For Road, Gravel, and Triathlon bikes WITH fully integrated cables routed through the bars and stem.
- Complete strip of all parts

CERAMIC FRAME COATING SERVICE - £250
