Shimano chainset recall service

Work to be undertaken:

• Chainset inspection
• Paperwork created if required
• Replacement parts ordered if required*

*For the avoidance of doubt. If replacement parts are required, Pearson will have to order stock and a later fitting date will be scheduled. At this time replacements are expected to take upto 6 weeks to arrive.

Should your chainset fail its inspection, we kindly ask that you take your bike away for this duration due to limited storage space in the shop.
